Description

BBa_R0082 is a extracellular glucose concentration controller promotor. This construct is built to measure the efficiency and threshold extracellular glucose concentration for BBa_R0082. A EYFP gene (BBa_I15017) was put under the control of BBa_R0082 to allow quantitative characterization with spectroscopic method.

Notes

None. Just put any florescent reporter gene behind BBa_R0082 and it should have the same function.
