Sequences BBa_I766675_sequence (Version 1)

Description

This device will consititutively express YopH, a pathogen derived reversible inhibitor (phosphatase) of Map Kinase Fus3, under the pCyc promoter. The effector protein is fused to a RR zipper, and will be recruited to elements possessing a matching EE zipper. The effector is fused to mCherry (RFP) on the N-terminus.

Notes

Device was created using a method of combinatorial cloning using the type IIs restriction endonuclease AarI. Each device contains adaptor regions in between coding regions (RFP, effectors, and zippers) for this method.
