Description
The first of three fusions between ToxR', a modified dimerizing protein, and an anti-fluorescein binding scFv sequence. ToxR', active as a dimer, binds to the ctx promoter sequence (BBa_J07007) to initiate transcription. This part is designed to respond to a fluorescein dimer and activate the ctx promoter.The restriction sites flagged below were introduced to allow for protein fusions, and are not to be removed.
