Description
We have taken wt adhE gene from E. coli and redesigned it to remove internal restriction sites. We also added BsaI site to cut off the start codon so it can be ligated to C-Dog RBSs using Golden Gate Assembly (GGA). This gene was synthesized for us by GeneArt. Codon optimized for E. coli. BioBrick prefix and suffix included in synthesis.Notes
Removed four internal PstI sites and engineered this to be cloneable with GGA.Source
