Description

A standard ribosome binding site with an efficiency of 1.0 preceding a protein-coding sequence which codes for Green Fluorescent Protein with an LVA (degradation) tag.

Notes

Used GFP with LVA tag so that response of this parts (when used with a valid promoter and terminator) could be characterized more easily.
Used high-efficiency, standard RBS so that there will be a larger dynamic range of GFP expression, which can be controlled at the gene level.
