Description

The BD10 C Dog RBS has a lower binding efficiency than BD18. PCR Amplification was used to amplify the J100255 plasmid, excluding BD18, and BD10 was inserted via Decoupled Golden Gate Assembly.

BD10 was inserted via Decoupled Golden Gate Assembly. iPCR amplified everything on the J100255 plasmid, besides BD18.
