Description
This simple part should function as a quorum sensing circuit. It is meant as an improvement over BBa_J329000, which seems to produce too much LuxI, thus keeping the cells in the induced QS state all the time. eYFP is used as a reporter to take advantage of BBa_I13263, as opposed to performing several ligations required to use GFP.Notes
BBa_K516011 was used since it contains BBa_B0031 instead of BBa_B0034 in front of C0061, as constitutive expression of LuxI seemed too high when BBa_B0034 was used.Source
