Description
This is the initial poly-linker used to construct nested landing pads. It contains half of the pBR322 plasmid combined with a 9 site linker (EcoRI, SacI, NotI, NdeI, ClaI, BamHI, SalI, XhoI, HindIII)
Notes
Polylinker had to be set up in a manner to facilitate compatible adjacent double digests. Also, polylinker sites had to be completely unique to vector sequence.

Plasmid comes from pBR322, the insert was a custom construct of two annealed oligonucleotides.
