    Description

    This part is one of the iGEM 2006 projects for the Oklahoma team. It's designed to act as a distributed sensor network, on the lookout for any arabinose. Once arabinose is detected, it informs the rest of the network, each cell amplifying the signal. ECFP is produced by the arabinose detecting cells, EYFP by those cells merely passing on the signal

    Notes

    EYFP and ECFP were chosen to be easily distinguishable.
