Description

This is a biobricked version of the circular plasmid pBG7AU, Genbank NC_002569. The part is cut at the end of the Orf1 coding region, following the transcriptional terminator. This is similar to the location of the cut site used in the pKMK1 construction of Dybvig et al (King94) which formed their plasmid p2D4.

Notes

Unclear location for the cut site of the circular plasmid.
