Description

This is the complete generator for constitutive expression of the neomycin phosphotransferase gene in fungi.

Notes

The terminator is not strictly necessary in fungi, but was added to improve BBa_K1021015.

Source

PtrpC and TtrpC, both from A. nidulans, came from the pUCATPH transformation vector. The nptII gene from E. coli K12 was taken from the pNG transformation vector.
