Description

This Constitutively Expressed Blue Light Sensor Operon is an assembly of the constitutive promoter BBa_J23100, a strong RBS BBa_B0034, coding sequence of dCas9 protein and a reliable terminator BBa_B0015.
The blue light sensor utilized here consists of the YF1-fixJ system (Moglich et al., 2009).

Notes

The expression level of Blue Light Sensor shall be delicately controlled, so as to acquire continuous adjustment (regulation) of target genes.

Source

The sensor comes from cyanobacteria.
