Description

This construct is the composition of the Bacillus subtilis specific integrative backbone(BBa_K823024) with the biobrick BBa_E0840(strong RBS BBa_B0030 + GFP BBa_E0040 + terminators BBa_B0010 and BBa_B0012).The backbone hosts the xylose inducible promoter Pxyl that control the expression of the GFP gene. The backbone is integrative for the locus thrC and gives different resistance according to the bacterial host:streptomicin in Bacillus subtilis, ampicillin in Escherichia coli.

Notes

No design considerations

Source

The backbone comes from the LMU Munich IGEM 2012 team, the GFPmutB was extracted in pSB1A2 from the IGEM 2012 repository.
