Description
This generates a protein construct containing a epitope for HEWL (see biobrick BBa_K1083000). The HEWL epitope (V) is exchangebla due to a built in restriction site for XhoI. H and CH2 are optimezed for E.coli. The VHCH2 generates an antibody from cameloids. This part is connected to Lucifarese (biobrick BBa_K3255209).Notes
This part was very tricky to design due to allot of restriction sites high gc content and not optimized for e. coli.Source
