Description

T7 terminator + GFP + RBS + T7 promoter + T7 promoter + RBS + RFP + T7 terminator

The left side of T7 promoter + RBS + GFP + T7T is in the antisense strand while the right side is in the sense strand. So if there is only one copy of this construct, only one signal, either green or red will be turned on. We need to test the situation when T7 promoter of both sides is intact.

Notes

Still, we cannot find an appropriate way to detect GFP.
