Description
It is DNA coding truncated autotransporter (YfaL) of E. coli and repeat-deleted nacrein. An usage of truncated autotransporter is displaying recombinant protein in the cell surface of E. coli. Nacrein has a domain for carbonic anhydrase (CA) and repeat sequence for binding calcuim ion. We deleted repeat sequence of nacrein and we called it as NacreinDR.
Notes
We had pATLIC vector, modified pBAD vector to make recombinant protein display in the cell surface, and cloned coding region of NacreinDR.
