A fusion protein of TetR and mRFP

Description

This is a fusion protein coding region of TetR and mRFP. When the gene is expressed, both TetR and mRFP expresses the protein. The mRFP acts as a reporting mechanism to visually confirm if TetR is being expressed. When TetR is not being expressed, the mRFP is not expressed.

This part is useful instead of just having a TetR coding region because it is a way to visually confirm expression without DNA sequencing.

Notes

There is a short segment of nucleotides between the two genes to connect them.
