Description

We can use this part to control the expression of TALE (TranscriptionActivator???Like Effectors, TALE) if we add tetracycline or its analog, aTc into the bacteria culture. There is no difference between part BBa_K1311003 and part BBa_K1311004 except the promoter. The promoter of this part is pTet, which can be suppressed by TetR.

Notes

There is no RBS in the downstream of pTet. The users must insert RBS between pTet and TALE N-terminal before they want to use this plasmid to express TALE.
