Description
If you use this part, you can generate magnetotactic bacteria AMB-1's magnetosome protein mamL, mamQ, mamB.These proteins are suggested that they are essential to magnetosome formation in AMB-1.
We added 6X histidine tag to mamL and mamQ in order to identify these protein by western blotting.
MW of mamB and mamQ are similar so we didn't add his tag to mamB.
