Description

This constructs allows for the easy assembly of parts for the co-expression of non-splicing His6-NpuDnaE(N)*-POI and POI-NpuDnaE(C)*-His6 proteins. Thereby it provides a fast way of establishing a negative control for splicing experiments.

Notes

As less expression of the N intein was observed in a previous experiment(data not shown) the N construct was cloned before the C part on the polycystronic transcript.
