Description

This Sequence is used to close the N-terminal insertion site of an RFC[???] N-intein assembly construct with two insertions sites by introducing an early stop codon resulting an an RFC[???] N-intein assembly construct with only one insertion site.

Notes

As a sequence of length 0 could not be cloned as an oligo into an RFC[???] the sequence starts with two stop codons to end the future POI-C intein cds as soon as possible. For better oligo annealing and thus ligation the sequence was extended for 6 nucleotides.
