Description
This plasmid contains FsrC, which is a histidine kinase used in E. coli. It has 4 SH3 domains, which lets the scaffold protein attach so that we can test the two component system without a ligand. In our project, we were designing a two-component system, with a histidine kinase and response regulator. If there is a change in the environment that the histidine kinase sense, the response regulator will act in response to it and express GFP.
Notes
It contains 4 SH3 domains
