Description

Same as part BBa_K1369012 (lamBD genes from Lactobacillus plantarum) but a 3xFLAG domain has been inserted at the N-terminus (5' end) of the lamD gene. This 3xFLAG sequence serves as a marker for antibody-binding in Western blotting and purification columns. Part available upon request from Caltech 2014 iGEM team in a custom backbone.
