Description

Contains fsrB membrane protein from fsrABC quorum sensing system, just like BBa_K1369014, but adds 3xFLAG domain at the N-terminus (5' end) of the domain within fsrB responsible for coding GBAP (the signaling ligand in the fsrABC QS system). This serves as a target for antibody binding in Western blotting and purification columns. Available upon request from the Caltech 2014 iGEM team in a custom backbone.
