Sequences BBa_K1406001_sequence (Version 1)

Description

A combinatorial part of R0011, B0034, and a NheI cutsite. This allows a in-frame, orientated insertion of a biobrick part behind the pLac promoter and the strong RBS using the restriction enzymes NheI and PstI.

Notes

We were hoping to make a high-expressing, directional insertion system in which we used enzymes which were compatible with the BioBrick standard and as an end product form a BioBrick.
