Description
We have used superfolded GFP with the N-terminal pdu-microcompartment tag in order to get fluorescence images that would show localised spots of higher GFP-density, indicating that the microcompartment tag successfully inserts the attached protein into the microcompartments
Notes
We have designed Primers to amplify sfGFP from a plasmid, provided by Dr. Ciaran Kelly, in order to attach the microcompartment tag upstream of the sfGFP-coding region.
Source
We received a sample of sfGFP in a holding vector, provided by Dr. Ciaran Kelly.
