Description
This part consists of temperature sensitive promoter (Bba_K608351), a RBS (Bba_B0034), a coding sequence/reporter (Bba_E0040), and a terminator (Bba_B0015). This part is used to test the functionality of the temperature sensitive promoter. When grown at a variety of temperatures, it is observed that GFP is only found at 37C or above.
