Description

pUC8 is a plasmid that has the last 336 AA of RsaA (Caulobacter surface protein) and it allows for a cloning of desired segment into a EcoR1, Sma1 and or BamH1 site upstream of the 336.

Notes

This plasmid is used for the Caulobacter secretion system. We use this as the main template in which we splice in our BioBricks for Caulobacter.
