We constructed this device with BBa_J23119, BBa_I13504, BBa_J23119, BBa_K115002 and E1010. Means that it contains a GFP and a mCherry controlled by RNA thermometer. As thus, GFP and mCherry were expressed in a same cell and present wonderful color. What's more, users can adjust the ratio between red and green through change of temperature.Notes
