Description
This plasmid contains three main components: the RP4 and GFP. The RP4 gene, originally from pRZ101, when transformed specifically into S17 E. coli strain, facilitates the conjugation of E.coli with most other bacteria. It consists of TraJR BBa_J01001 and oriT BBa_K125320. The GFP is from biobrick BBa_E0040. The plasmid also contains biobrick part BB0030 RBS, and BBa_0014 Terminator.Notes
