pBAD promoter with RBS-RFP

Description

To test the leakiness of the pBAD promoter, a plasmid must be assembled with a gene that indicates when the promoter is stimulated by L-arabinose. To do this, we chose Red Fluorescent Protein (RFP) to help signal when the promoter responds.

Notes

We removed the RFP promoter (from BBa_J04450) so that RFP would only be transcribed when pBAD was stimulated by arabinose.
