Description

This part catalyses the conversion of Nitrous Oxide to Nitrogen gas.

This part consists of a Super Yellow Fluorescence Protein tag to check the expression of the NosZ gene.

Notes

The NosZ gene has a PstI enzyme site within its sequence. This is why the part is not 3A assembly compatible.
We used an alternate strategy to ligate the Promoter+RibosomeBindingSite construct upstream to the NosZ+SYFP construct in its native backbone.
