Sequences BBa_K1891001_sequence (Version 1)

Description

It encodes beta-tubulin from human breast cancer cell line Mcf-7. We cloned this gene to an expression plasmid pET30a(+) and add IPTG until its final concentration is 1mmol/L, incubate for 4-6h(37??C, 250rpm) to induce the expression of beta-tubulin.

Notes

To get this part, we extracted human breast cancer cell line Mcf-7 cDNA. And then we designed primers to get this gene fragment with prefix and suffix. Because the sequence of beta -tubulin has a PstI restriction enzyme cutting site. So we use point mutation to mutate these sites.

Source

We get this gene from human breast cancer cell line Mcf-7 cDNA using PCR.
