Description

This biobrick is contains the coding sequence for a T4 Holin (BBa_K112805) which form pores on inner membrane of bacteria allowing lysozyme to reach periplasm and degrade peptidoglycan layer. The part is assembled with B0034 (RBS) and a double terminator (B0015). This intermediate biobrick should be cloned into a promoter-containing plasmid for its usage.

Notes

This biobrick was optimised for its usage in RFC10 standard and in E. coli.
