Fusion protein consisting of the GAF domain of an uncharacterized cyanobacteriochrome (CBCR) sequence and an intein/chitin-binding domain attached to the C-terminus for purification. Labelled as CBCR4. RFC10 compatible.

Notes

It is not advisable to purify this protein using metal ion affinity columns. As such the fusion protein contains an intein-CBD tag and must be purified using chitin columns.
