Htert+P53 is a combination for tumor cells.The Htert promoter is a telomerase specific promoter,P53 is a common gene surppression gene.loading this plasmid into the mixture of tumor cells and normal cells,only the tumor cells will have a high level expression of P53,therefore managed to reach specificity.Notes
