Description
In order to express three shRNAs simutaneously within only one transcript,we design design artificial tandom series tRNAs to imitate natural tandom series tRNAs,in which we design restriction enzyme sites between each tRNAs.Using these restriction enzyme sites we can easily insert shRNANotes
