Description

In order to express three shRNAs simutaneously within only one transcript,we design design artificial introns within GFP's CDS,in which we design restriction enzyme sites between each exons.Using these restriction enzyme sites we can easily insert shRNAs.

Cuz its complexity of sequence,PCR will be a little difficult
