Description
Entire FeFe Hydrogenase cluster ligated together and inserted into pSB1C3. This cluster has a Strep-II tag on the N-terminus, thus is made out of the following BioBricks: Bba_K1957001, Bba_K1957003 and Bba_K1957004.
Notes
The three BioBricks were originally ligated together in pBAD. This was then extracted out of the pBAD vector and re-inserted into pSB1C3. We suggest that other iGEM teams wanting to use this construct excise the FeFe cluster out of pSB1C3 and ligate it into pBAD.
