Description
This generator contain promotor J23117 ,RBS from BBa_J61100,functional chemotaxis gene CheZ,reporter gene GFP from BBa_E0040 and a 18bp-GS linker between two functional domain.It can generate weak concentration of CheZ which can be reported by the fluorescence intensity.It is used to detect the relationship of CheZ under different strength of promotor and its swimming abilityNotes
