Description
PcpcG2-172 is a 172bp modified green-light activated promoter from the genome of Synechocystis PCC6803(Part BBa_K2012015).We acquire the sequence from Jeffrey Tabor in pJT119 plasmid and replace the reporter gene with PleD(Part:BBa_K2012002), a response regulator with a diguanylate cyclase (DGC) domain,an enzyme that turns GTP into c-di-GMP. With the fusion of his-tag,PleD protein can be easily detected and purified through Ni-chelating affinity chromatography..Notes
