Description

Cro-TT-pRM-RBS-GFP-LVAtag, it is a negtive control of GFP expression. When inserted into a expression plasmid behind an inducible promoter,it will form a NO gate: GFP will not be produced when there is an induction.

Notes

One should make sure there is an RBS when constructing the expression plasmid else the repression effect will not be significant.
