Description
This is a final expression vector that we used to transfect into mammalian cells for our experiments. TP901 is a serine recombinase, which we used as biological latches to control expression of a final out put gene for our genetic circuit. pEGSH is an inducible promoter similar to pTRE. This inducible promoter system require the presence of VgEcr and RXR protein and small molecule Ponasterone A (PonA). By putting TP901 recombinase under pEGSH, we can control the expression of TP901 with small molecule PonA.
Notes
We used LR reaction to put to clone the promoter and gene to a backbone vector
