Description
The E. coli membrane protein YiaT (truncated at R232) and fused with a multiple cloning site. The multiple cloning site is located on the extracellular side of the membrane and is on a long flexible arm of the C-terminal end of YiaT. This system allows for the expression of any protein to the outside of E. coli.
Notes
We ensured that the multiple cloning site did not contain any restrictions sites that were also contained in the prefix or suffix.
