Description
This construct consists of RNA thermometer (BBa_K115001) for temperature regulated system under the control of a strong promoter (BBa_J23119).It is then followed by antimicrobial peptides with glycine (BBa_K2113005),Cj blue being used as a reporter protein (BBa_K592011).Double terminator(BBa_K823017)is used to terminate the transcription.This construct could be used to study the effect of antimicrobial peptides regulated by temperature sensitive system activated above 42 degree celcius.Notes
