Description

EutS with residue G26 replaced with an Amber stop codon for incorporation of non-canonical amino acids with a custom tRNA synthetase.

Notes

G26 was selected based on predictive modelling of EutS superstructure to incorporate at a locus where a phenylalanine-4'-azobenzene non-canonical amino acid might be able to hinder superstructure formation when under cis or trans conditions.
