Description

Methamphetamine binding syntetic antibody (scFv part) conjugated with ECFP and EYFP from N- and C- terminal of the scFv, designed to detect methamphetamine by using a FRET (f??rster resonance energy transfer) system involves ECFP and EYFP fluorescent proteins.

Notes

We specially designed the construct with the antibody at the center that when methamphetamine binds to the antibody, ECFP and EYFP will create FRET effect.
