Description

LuxABG is a combination of the separate LuxA, LuxB and LuxG parts, including the relevant Ribosome Binding Site (BBa_K1725301) and an Anderson Promoter (BBa_K823005). LuxAB is the required pair for an operational lux, with LuxG decreasing the energy required for bioluminescence. LuxC and Lux D are needed to synthesize and replenish the aldehyde substrate needed for bioluminescence. This was synthesized by IDT (Integrated DNA Technologies).

Notes

Requires LuxCD to be fully functional
