Sequences BBa_K284150_sequence (Version 1)

Description

This biobrick contains part of the Alpha hemolysin operon with 252bp of hlyA and the complete sequencen of hlyD and hlyB. hlyA works as a signal peptide for extracellular transportation to proteins fused in the prefix, the target protein mustn't have the stop codon. HlyB and hlyD assemble to create the transport channel that recognize the hlyA signal peptide.

Notes

For the primers design we chose the hemolysin from large plasmids of Escherichia coli instead of genomic hemolysin because we have a sorotype with this plasmid.

This part come from plasmidial DNA.
