Description

Loading sequence deficient MS2 phage cDNA.
Virus transformed from this part carry out mRNA with specific loading sequence(19bp)
and infect another E.coli.
In the infected E.coli, translation of mRNA occur.

We removed XbaI site, loading sequence and replicase region.

Source

We bought MS2 virus as RNA and made cDNA by reverse transcription.
